AGREEMENT TO SHARE COMMISSIONS ON REFERRALS REFERRAL AGREEMENT
This agreement is effective as of ____________ (date), by
and between Antigua Dream Properties Real Estate, of Riley
Close, Campsite, St. John's, Antigua, hereinafter referred
to as broker, and ______________________, of ________________________
________________________ (address) hereinafter referred
to as sales representative. The terms and conditions of
this agreement are as follows: 1. The broker hereby agrees
to pay the sales representative twenty-five percent (25%)
of commissions paid to broker for sales by the representative
or for sales of property introduced to the broker by the
sales representative. 2. Sales representative agrees to
introduce all persons interested in purchasing property
to the broker. 3. This agreement is made for an unlimited
term, and can be terminated without cause with thirty (30)
days written notice by either party. In witness whereof,
each party to this agreement has caused it to be executed
